Ideas, Atoms, Molecules, & Alloys
Taken from Wanderloots' Digital Garden, I have simplified a few of his building blocks, as well as added Ideas, a way to get the roughest thoughts down, before they get cleaned up into Atoms, put together as Molecules, or forged into Alloys.
I simplified:
- Atoms into: Simple Core Ideas.
- Molecules into: Crystalized Connections or Insights
- Alloys into: Publishable Conclusive Works
Usually inspired by Ideas: Base Unrefined Thoughts
Mostly this is a terminology change so that I can wrap my own mind around it easier.
"...the concept of atomic and molecular note taking, of simplifying ideas to their essence and developing them by linking them together. Here is my system:
- 🔴 atoms (single concepts)
- 🟡 molecules (linked concepts)
- 🔵 alloys (carefully crafted concepts)"
